Lifeboat Lettings have been absolutely brilliant. They have done everything so quickly and efficiently and always been on hand to answer any questions we’ve had. From our first phone call with Erin to liaising with Alex and Jenny to get us moved into our flat, their friendliness and helpful nature has been second to none. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with letting agents in the past who have been very cold and rude, but Lifeboat Lettings are the opposite - very warm and lovely people. Cannot praise them enough :)

Utterly refreshing and human in every interaction. Fielded our squiggly circumstances and fiddly needs deftly and efficiently. Can’t recommend them highly enough - since securing our place they’ve gone above and beyond to additionally address the nice-to-haves with a pace that can only be described as impressive. If you’re fed up with dealing with faceless processing and computers saying no, this lot have an alternative that works.

Rent the property if you looking for filthy house, where cleaning company doesn’t clean, rats are taking over communal areas including kitchen and your reports are being ignored if you don’t keep chasing. Smaller issues like no hot water or lack of internet are nothing compared to seeing rats running around house. I need to live at friends houses or hotels as I do not feel safe at all at this property .
