However, it just got even better when I was introduced to Gina as my property manager. She has been everything you’d expect and more! Not only by being responsive and quick with her ability to get things done but also consistently checking in to see if everything went well. Especially with some situations (like getting myself locked inside) her assistance to help fix the lock and look for immediate solution saved me a lot of stress! To add to this, I’ve just moved to the UK, so having a person who is as reassuring and helpful as Gina I couldn’t have asked for anything more! Check in experience was less than ideal. The bed frame was effectively broken and so was the couch. The stay and the check out experience was better. No complaints and the property manager Nirav helped organise cleaning and inventory for me. Overall 4 stars, I would recommend properties be more thoroughly checked before tenants move in.
