We were helped by a wonderful specialist - Sally Richardson to rent an apartment. We were in London recently from Ukraine, so we didn't know all the subtleties. Sally helped us figure it out . She answered all my questions, spoke and explained every step, helped to solve any issues related to documents. She took us to view all the apartments that interested us. We quickly picked up an apartment for us. Right before arrival, we were sent all the necessary certificates. I boldly recommend this realtor. I recommend contacting this specialist.

Unfortunately I'm in need of editing this review. Sadly the nightmare has started as soon as we started our tenancy. Our appointed property manager is completely unreachable over the phone. We lost count of the number of voicemails, call back requests, calls to the team and an email chain on 12 follow ups as per today (only one response from this person in that chain) I'm avoiding to name the person at the moment and I'm hopeful the branch will be able to help. To be continued... We are so pleased with the service that we are getting from Life Residential. The renting process was smooth, fast and availability was in point. We could sort all the documents in just a couple of days and they were very reasonable with our requests. We want to dedicate the end this review to appreciate and recognise Sally who went above and beyond during the viewings till the signature of the contract. A complete different experience than with other agencies as also she was there to welcome us for the handover of the keys and make sure we knew where everything was. If bonuses are a thing, she totally deserves one or two! 💜
