Ordered BBQ and fridge worth £5,700 in April 2021. I was informed it would be delivered on May 31st. Chased up in June when no show and was told it had arrived and would be with me by July 6th. Numerous phone calls and emails (went unanswered) and was finally told they hadn't got the goods at all. Asked for a refund on the 15/07/2021 and still awaiting (now August 4th 2021). They acknowledged that they received my email but didn't bother processing the request for 20 days until I chased. I am still awaiting on a promise that they will refund me. Awful customer service. Mistakes happen but lies are deliberate. Will stay away from these.
