The deep muscle massage performed with great skill and competence, and the post-treatment advice I’ve been given to manage historical and sports-related injuries have been exceptionally effective at ensuring recovery and strength in these areas. Chloe @ Life Fit is amazing. I arrived in so much pain and was quite confused and worried about my frozen shoulder. Chloe was so great at explaining it to me and she also made me believe it would improve. She is an amazing therapist - her massage skills are so good - as is her knowledge of the body. I trusted her completely and she brought immense relief to my pain for many months while I waited for my shoulder to heal. I have no doubt the process of fixing my shoulder has ben so much faster and less traumatic because of Chloe. I would recommend her to anybody - she is incredible!
