Rude old lady trying to rob people (looking very unhappy - easy to recognize), asked for £50 for a (max £5 unit) just because she was unhappy. What a joke. Where is your customer service? This was supposed to be a charity shop

Great place and the staff are very cheerful and welcoming. I bought a wonderful wine rack to use as a backlit feature at the Spondon Liberal Club. So many thanks to Life Charity for supplying a great piece at a great price. Check the site for a photo, but it is much better seen in real life.
