    My husband damaged the base of his spine lifting a heavy object. He could hardly walk and as we were supposed to travel to Spain 3 days later he needed quick attention. On the first meeting with Mr Raju my husband was put at ease with his calming nature. He was examined and given treatment together with exercises to do at home and of course follow up treatments. We would recommend Mr Raju to anyone who has problems with their neck, back and joints.

    The assessment I had with Mandeep was thorough and more detailed compared to another chiropractor I had seen in the past. He appears very knowldable and trained. He is keen on ensuring a hygenic setting. He is friendly to talk to and welcoming but also remains professional and you feel comfortable. He can offer evening and weekend appointments, which suits my 9-5 week job. Parking outside on the street has not been an issue either. He uses a variety of specialist chiropractic tools and devices in the session. He provided me with a tailored treatment plan and adapted this when I had another ailment that also needed attention.He gave me excercuses I could do at home to build strength also. I have noticed improvements in my back and hip pain, and I am able to do more things these days. I have not yet finished seeing him as I still need some further work, but he was happy to taper down my sessions when I asked for this to suit me. I have recommended him to 3 friends so far.

    Mandeep is absolutely brilliant. I've been struggling with my back for a couple of years now and have been diagnosed with a bulging disc and disc degeneration (L5/S1). I'm a very active person (hiking/cycling/surfing) and not being able to do all of my usual activities to my full capability was really starting to get me down. In February 2023, I flew out to visit my son in Australia and really wanted to surf on Bondi Beach on my birthday (lifelong dream) but was in so much pain I just didn't think it was possible. I found Mandeep in December 2022 and after an initial consultation, we began treatment immediately (twice a week for the 8 weeks running up to my trip) From the very first session I knew I'd found the right person and a few weeks later I was feeling better than ever. Needless to say, my dreams came true and I surfed Bondi on my birthday but I know this wouldn't have been possible without Mandeep. I'm now continuing my sessions once every 2 weeks (for maintenance) in the hope of having a full successful surf season ahead of me (North Sea rather than Australia but hey, I can't have it all) Highly HIGHLY recommend.
