My son, partner and myself popped in Saturday very impressed. My partner mentioned getting hats for our airsoft team, we talked about designs and I decided to go back on my own to treat him for his birthday. Craig went above and beyond to help me. Amazing service which I cannot fault one bit, even offered me a stool to sit and wait if I wanted. Asked me to leave a review, which I don’t normally do but on this occasion I had to shout about the good and professional service I received. You don’t have to have a custom hat they have a huge range but if you do get it customised it is so worth it. Will definitely be a return customer

Popped in yesterday as it was my sons 14th Birthday and he wanted to buy a customised hat! He had an idea of what he wanted but needed some help. We walked in and a gent asked how we were and if we needed any help! Working retail myself I asked if he was ok, to which he was shocked as hardly any customer ever asks the staff how they are!? Well what can I say Kraig went above and beyond and sorted my son the hat that he was over the moon with, the other sales advisor Matt also came and spoke to us which was really lovely! We had a really bad experience in this store 6 months ago and if it was me I wouldn’t have gone back, but my son wanted to and after yesterday’s experience I would 100% recommend this store and see Kraig or Matt!! Thank you and enjoy your Krispy Kreme doughnuts you deserve them 😊
