I had searched for a lice service and came across this company on Google. I used their website’s send us a message feature and didn’t hear back (after 4 days), so I decided to give them a call. This went to voicemail and I left them a message. I then instantly get a seemingly automated text and WhatsApp from Sabine requesting information about which service, when, how Many people for etc. I book a slot for a few weeks time and confirm that I would go to Harley’s Pharmacy - as indicated on their Google page and on their websites page. Having travelled from east London I turn up to Harley’s Pharmacy and the guy at the desk gives me a flyer for the Lice Clinic and says to book an appointment, when I say I have one now, he seems very confused as if to imply that this service doesn’t operate from the pharmacy, and he suggests calling them. Despite calling several times (with no answer), leaving voicemail and texts and having to wait in the cold in case Sabine / Lice Clinic actually turn up - I have not heard from them. Clearly they are time wasters - 1h 30 return journey wasted for me - and I would avoid the hassle here.
