Super bad customer service! They show them as a Premium brand but have not the customer service of it. Sliw, not nice, not friendly, ni interest in their customers. They only care about the "money" . definitely my worst expérience with latex! AVOID THEM! Go to Lady Lucie Latex instead!

I placed an order with them (Radical Rubber) when they were recommended by friends from Central Saint Martins. The original shipment was returned at the Spanish border because of a discrepancy import taxes (which I had paid). Since them I have called and and sent them various emails which have been ignored. The order was close to 300 pounds and they have completely ignored my requests to resend the shipment. Please avoid.
