Im sure this is a great studio to most but this is my personal experience, had an appointment booked for a Sat, which was booked a couple of days in advance. They were very slow at replying on Facebook and by slow i mean like 3 messages per day. Regardless i paid the deposit of £20 as i was wanting to get my first tattoo, the next day my partner also decided to get a tattoo and also paid £20 deposit. On the day of the appointment 2h before it was due we both received a message on facebook to say that a tattoo theyre working on is taking too long than expexted and whether we can both reschedule. I asked for alternative dates however neither of us got a reply. I then found their phone number on instagram amd my partner called to ask about alternative dates, the lady on the phone had no idea who we were booked with so said she will call us back. 1h later still no call back, we were frustrated and work odd shifts so couldnt get it done for anothet week if it wasnt that day. Had to go somewhere else and asked for the deposits back. We were messaged by the owner the next day 'Sunday' who said they will have to go to the bank on the Monday so i said fine. Monday came and we still had to keep asking when the deposit will be returned still having to wait hours for a response, it then was returned around 6pm. I get that they are busy doing tattoos but it made me question whether i had fallen for a scam so i wouldnt do business with them from now on.

Definitely the best place in Leeds for a tattoo! Fern the artist there is absolutely brilliant at what she does! Keeps you relax and comfortable through your session will 100% be going back to her! And would recommend her to people going for there first tattoo or if they are experienced with them

Had a great experience at Liberty Ink Tattoo Friday 19th August. It was 33 years since my last tattoo and I was quite a bit nervous! I was welcomed and reassured and when it came to it I was extremely surprised and happy that it was quite a different and pain free event. The staff were really nice and very friendly. I'm in a wheelchair and they did the very best to accommodate me. Service: Female tattoos

Had a very special tattoo designed and completed today with Tom which is to remember my Dad who recently passed away. Tom incorporated my Dad's ashes into the ink and was so respectful from start to finish. I am overwhelmed with how well it has turned out. All the studio staff are so friendly - everybody popped their head in to the room to say hello. I can recommend without hesitation.
