Will never be returning to this shop, lady at the counter has no ethics of customer service, very rude and mouthy. Terrible customer service overall, the gent who was serving me had a chip on his shoulder because I disliked some of his suggestions. 0/5 for customer service. Will never return to this shambolic place! Don’t recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service. We are really impressed with the tailoring and quality of items especially in the mens range. I have purchased off the shop floor many times but for the latest wedding I used their made to measure service for a prince coat. It came exactly as required, with a perfect fit and within a very short time frame. Needless to say the men in our family had many compliments for the outfits…I was extremely glad I had discovered this gem of a shop earlier this year. The brothers are extremely knowledgeable and the mens quality and variety is superb. We have used them for the past two weddings in 2022 and intend to use them again for future weddings in sha Allah.

Would give this place a 0. Avoid this place at all costs unless you’re buying off the shop floor. I placed my order in May and was told to come back mid July. I ordered 5 outfits… not a single one arrived. They didn’t even have the decency to give a courtesy call to let us know that they were not able to fulfil the order. I went into the shop two days ago to be disappointed. My wedding is in a weeks time and I was left with the men in my family without an outfit. I had to choose off the shop floor. The customer service was absolutely horrendous. One of the workers said ‘I don’t serve customers like you’. Have no idea what he meant by this as all throughout I was polite and calm although I was left in a horrible situation. None of the colours go with my colour scheme either. I am gutted. I didn’t even get to make alternative arrangements as I had no time hence I had no other option but to buy off the floor. On a positive note, the quality of the garments is actually good. It’s a shame about everything else.
