I have been to various acupuncture but she is the best. Pricey? Yes. But you get results which makes it worth it. P.S. some negative reviews here are related to dental care. Dr. Li isn’t a dentist.

do not go here... its terrible service, they do not honour timing and they are generally very poor with customer care. Also they offer discounts but when you have your consultation it goes back up to normal market price. Do not waste your time

EDIT: I got my full refund- this was sent to me but not within the 3-5 days as I was told- I would like to add that I am now receiving threatening letters and e-mails to be sent to court for defamatory review- I received few e-nails and one letter this morning st my door for legal action against me if I don’t take the review down- I am told that this would be £5000- I just want to be clear that threatening behaviour is not acceptable and really that’s not ok- My review is factual , based on facts- now I received my full Refund- and I am happy to edit this bit so I stopped being threatened by this company - First review: At the moment I am waiting for full refund. I have been waiting for a week when I was promised 3-5 days- I sent few e-mails and had no replies so far. The first appointment, I was sent an e-mail to tell me it was cancelled due to the dentist having a surgery op- They had no replacement- They reschedule an appointment for the following 2 weeks which I took a LOA for it from work. I arrived at the practice, and they told me it was cancelled and I should have received an e-mail ( But I didn't). i spent 2 hours getting there and back and £6 for the tube- I got a sort of apology. That was it. It was more passive aggressive narrative ( " If you can't accommodate another date" which of course I did already at 2 occasions...." our dentist has had an operation, so we hope that people can understand ".... meaning we are basing our professionalism on your empathy?). Anyway, could I just point out that if you have a groupon offer and taking over £1200 from people, you are making sure they get a full refund straight away, and you don't have a groupon offer on when you have only one dentist!!!!! I am still waiting for my refund.

I arrived at the Harley Dentist excited but a little nervous to have my first teeth whitening procedure. I was therefore a touch put off by the unwelcoming manner of the receptionist. A warm smile and a few friendly words would have been much appreciated. On leaving I glanced her way but she did not have the courtesy to even say goodbye to me. However, I am happy to say that on meeting Dr Julia P for the whitening treatment, her friendly and delightful manner put me at ease instantly. I received from start to finish the utmost professionalism and care and I was able to relax and enjoy the entire experience. Dr Julia is extremely knowledgeable and explained absolutely everything I needed to know about the procedure and aftercare.
