Very loving and helpful, they listened to me complain and cry about first world problems. I harassed them almost weekly begging for help, they were patient and never made me feel bad for being so weak minded. So much more helpful and professional then NHS mental health teams who mock and threaten people in my experience. This charity saved me from making some bad decisions. If ever in crisis, do consider to use these people too.

I had the unfortunate luck of having to deal with a member of staff here that is complete trash, Charlotte Golds or something, worst customer service ever!. Insulting, aggressive and a liar. As for her mate Claire she has a personality of a rottweiler. Definitely not coming here for any help as I really do not wish to engage with them ever again.
