Terrible service. We had a telephone system and internet lease line installed by LG networks. We were originally going to have an Avaya system fitted but we were talked into having a slightly cheaper Samsung system installed instead. We were promised that it would have the same features as the Avaya system and would be easier to maintain. Ever since installation the system has been unreliable, fiddly to use and the promised "features" do not work or work intermittently. We constantly log faults with their engineers that are never resolved and not looked at unless we chase with the less than helpful office staff. We have since learned that the system supplied does not work with our sales system, another lie. Also the broadband connection is extremely slow and are told it's our network that is at fault. Will never use these guys again.
