The place and the food is good. However, the Lebanese guy responsible for seating customers ruined everything. He literally have no idea about customer service, really arrogant and he thinks he works as the prime minister not a receptionist or whatever. Everyone I know went to this place had the same comment about the same guy and his rudeness. I will never go again as long as he is there.

We loved this place! We ate here one night after a rather boring conference and were hungary and it was one of the few places still left open, that looked inviting... The outside looked expensive but the menu was extensive and very reasonable priced! We ate burgers and chips and had wraps, which came with salad on the side, we were bowled over by this for the price. It was all good and they had very attentive staff, who appeared if you turned your head a few times! The owner gave us free desserts, which we loved. We thought as it was baklava, it would be very sweet, but it was the nicest I have ever eaten. It was so nice we bought some to go! The ice cream that came with it, was super creamy more like a gelato than ice cream and sooo moreish. We kept seeing people we know locally and it was such a great family atmosphere. Despite it being after 11pm, families where there and groups of friends and neighbours. The decor is really nice, you feel privileged to be sitting there. Don't take my word for it, try it. I think you will like it. But don't tell everyone, I still want a table! Kid-friendliness: They provide crayons and a colouring sheet for kids.

The food was great and beautifully cooked. The atmosphere could have been better as they only decided to put some music after a while. The service was poor, waitresses seemed uninterested in the customers and had to keep calling them every time I needed to order something else. Been in better restaurants of the same kind. Forgot to mention in original review, the toilets were probably the worst and most dirty ones I've ever been in a restaurant.
