Awful customer service. Extremely disappointed. Besides the prices have gone up so high, the waiter got my order wrong and was blaming me for it, challenging me when I said I ordered something else. On top of this I was told that if I wanted to order something else, I would be charged for it. It's not my first time here but I won't be coming back for sure.

Fabulous!!! What a tasty food!!!. Visited lezzet for a dinner. Staff was very kind and professional. Nice decor. Sound background tunes. Food was very tasty. Lamb in mix grill was moist which is not usually in resturants. I will say it is a proper turkish resturant for someone who like turish food. If someone does not like turkish food they will start loving it after a visit to Lezzet. Will go definitely again.

Lovely looking place. However the waiter sheriff was the most rude person I've ever met and all because I wasn't from Newcastle. Completely ignoring me, I was asking for something and was told yes then bad to ask again and again, he kept having some form of comment towards me, I was ignored from him while asking for sauce or a drink, yet others around were all getting served no problem at all. He completely ruined the whole experience then while giving out tripadvisor cards for us to fill in he wouldn't give me one. I got one of another person I was with so I could be honest about it, however he was looking over our shoulders to see if we were writing positive reviews which is rude. On the way out everyone got a 'bye hope you enjoyed" bar myself. I don't know what he said as I didn't understand the language but from this experience I will never be going back and would advise others to eat elsewhere. For what you get for the price of the food, it is far from worth it, yes the food tastes good but portion size was absolutely shocking. Food is only worth around half the price that it was. I hope the management offer some form of training to their staff for discrimination.
