I have been taking Pregnancy Yoga at Leyton Yoga throughout my pregnancy, sometimes in person and sometimes live-streaming a class. The ease of being able to livestream a class has been so helpful for me when I was short on time after getting home from work. The teachers are so knowledgeable and adaptive to everyone’s needs. I can’t wait to continue doing yoga post-baby. I highly recommend Leyton Yoga!

A gorgeous studio filled with light and love. I've been coming to Leyton Yoga for years, and Leti's classes are still an essential part of my practice. Leti and Quentin looked after us through all of the lockdowns and very quickly embraced remote/hybrid practice which I know many of us are so grateful for. Don't be put off by the exterior of the Leyton Midland studio, inside is a beautifully serene, open space with sunlight flooding through the windows. Highly recommend this studio.

Leyton yoga is a lovely studio that embraces the traditions of yoga whilst offering variety within their programme. The teaching is excellent and always very welcoming. They've kept a good balance of some online classes and in-studio sessions, would highly recommend.

No Harm In Trying
Awesome yoga studio with a community that is both friendly and genuinely keen to advance through the practice of authentic yoga. Class sizes are small enough that you can get attention from the instructor if you need a hand with your technique. Leti is a smiley and patient teacher knowledgeable in her craft. I'd recommend checking this place out if you want to start as a beginner or advance your existing yogic knowledge.

What a gem! The class size was small and intimate so we all got lots of individual attention. The studio itself is really cosy - we had tea after our class! Out class was firm but very accessible and I felt I had time to both stretch and relax. Excellent place! Highly recommend!

I booked onto the Pregnancy Yoga class, looking forward to learning relaxation and breathing techniques. It took 1.5 hours to get to the studio due to the fact the bus from Leyton station was diverted without warning, leaving me a 25 minute walk away (note if you are coming from central London!) Not ideal at 5 months pregnant. On the journey I tried many times to call to say I’d been stranded and see if the class credit could be transferred. Nobody answered so I eventually made it to the studio 15 mins late. There was no one on reception on arrival to help me. It was my first time so I didn’t know where changing rooms / loos were and the building is a mix of many companies that all seemed closed. So I just went home and have asked them to transfer my credit back. Hard to know if they will, no email address shown on website. A wasted evening and a waste of money!!
