    I tried calling them to ask about joining and gave up waiting after 7 minutes. I'll find a gym which actually has some staff! EDIT since we don't have much choice or alternatives in london I popped in on my run the other day. Waited at huge reception desk with "WELCOME" written on it. Realised the person in the tiny booth to the side was not security as I thought but reception. They didn't bother to say anything to me while I was standing at the other desk. Everyone was having to queue there as there were no machines to scan cards on the way in. When it was finally my turn the one staff member asked me if I would mind letting the people behind me scan in first. I didn't want people to miss their classes so I said that maybe they should get some machines so people could scan in, and some more staff to answer queries, and left. You just don't seem to want new customers!

    Great fun for the family. Before entering the changing room we had to take off our shoes and socks which was a surprise. This meant getting into the changing room required you to carefully walk to the door. Good for hygiene but not the safest and I can imagine people would be worried that there belongings could get misplaced. Lots of changing rooms and lockers; a range of both to suit all walks of life. Water in the children’s pool was clean and warm. There is lots to do in the children’s area, I would say babies and toddlers will have a lot of fun. Slides were great, my oldest loved it. The pool is well equipped and monitored well. Was happy with the lifeguards approach and politeness. Went in May and we all had a lot of fun. Would recommend and plan to go again. Dropped one star as it was the signage for the toilets wasn’t accurate and the situation with the shoes, which were there when we finished swimming.

    Not bad but I paid for 11 months without using gym at all lol,will re-start soon. They need better private showers 100 percent Gym facilities are nice They have sauna and swimming pool separately which is always handy to have. Toilets showers need a seperation as there is no demarcation to keep privacy which is very odd for a gym I suppose. Machines are good so can't go much wrong there..

    Evening swim to wind down your day ot children's play area, its a good choice. Good changes have been made to the hygiene of pool and changing room.

    I took my grandson, we had fun sliding down the pool slides and playing in the fountains. The water is a little cool for my liking but that wouldn't stop me from going again. There is a policy to remove outdoor shoes before entering the changing rooms but this is not enforced. It is a bit of a nuisance when people do take off their shoes because there is nowhere to sit to remove or put on your shoes and the entrance into the changing rooms is narrow so it can get congested with people. They have placed a couple of storage boxes to put your shoes in but this just adds to the issue. We stayed for about an hour. The pool was well used and they had the steam and sauna rooms working too.

    Amazing aqua park for kids aged 8 and under will definitely be taking my two kids back as the absolute loved it they really enjoyed them self's they didn't want to leave.

    Kids will enjoy, they have a small play area in the pool for children and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed playing on the mini slides, pouring the water buckets etc. They also have a large slide for adults but since I've known that leisure centre I've never seen it open. Pool size is normal and location is good
