Attended the pharmacy for my covid vaccine not a very happy environment was not told what vaccine I was having, as I had to travel about 4 miles on the bus and 78 years old extremely vulnerable I asked if I could also have my flu jab was told I would have to come back another time I said but you have just given to the women in front of me and was abruptly told that was for under 65 year olds just seemed a bad set up

Not had the best experience with this chemist. They will rarely have your prescription in stock and will have to order it in. The lack of organisation here is incredible. Staff don’t know what they have given out and what customers are owed. My previous pharmacy would give out a slip of what is owed but not here. You will wait weeks sometime and still have to chase them up. Be sure you check your expiry dates too. Not the kind of service I expect. I like to keep things local but unfortunately I won’t use them again.
