We have just sold our property through Leysbrook. From the very beginning we experienced first class service from Andrew and his team. We had previously tried to sell with another agency, with no success, myself and my husband were very wary of who to go with. Andrew came to the house and spent 2 hrs understanding our needs, listening to what was important and at no time gave us the hard sell. From the start of the process the communication was fantastic, we had our own Whats app group that we asked questions in, and we’re answered both in and out of working hours. The house pretty much Sold immediately. Leysbrook offered exceptional aftercare, which to us was the most important thing, as nervous sellers. They are more expensive than other agencies, but you get what you pay for, they earned every penny of their fee. I would 100% recommend Leysbrook to anyone thinking of selling their house. Unfortunately w we’re not impressed. After being unable to view a property on a Sunday arrangements were made for Monday 11am. So, after driving 86 miles 172 miles total and approximately 2 hours we arrived at the property to find the Estate Agent didn’t have a key for access. In addition she had forgotten her telephone so used ours to contact the office to find out what’s happening. We’re not impressed and are really pleased our selling agent isn’t as incompetent. The least we would have expected is a call from the agents manager. We all understand mistakes happen but there are no excuses for being so rude didn’t even try to make a date to rearrange viewing.
