    Helpful staff. Wish leisure centre users read the signs about NO OUTDOOR SHOES in the pool area PLEASE. And, whilst I'm giving feedback, if you have any kind of respect for the brilliant centre, don't leave your filth from outside shoes, shower before you get in as your chemicals taste horrible and there are bins everywhere for nappies. Love and respect is free. The management, life guards and all staff are absolutely BRILLIANT. NAMASTE

    Used to love playing badminton here regularly with my friends, who all live in the area. They’ve now changed the prices so that it costs £5.40 per person to play 1 hour of badminton, PLUS £5 for the hire of the court. That’s over £25 for four people to play just ONE HOUR OF BADMINTON!?!? Disgusting and completely unjustified. We won’t be playing badminton here anymore which is such ashame as it was such a nice way for my friends and to exercise and socialise. This is supposed to be a good place for the local community and it’s just pricing less well off people of being able to do these activities. At a time when people need access to sport and social activities for mental and physical health kore than ever, this is such a backward step. Most of the staff are lovely.

    One of most expensive leisure centre in Oxford. I was a nember few tears ago. Problem is: membership is free or fere reduce gor people without any income. They treated cloakroom as a private room for shower and laundry room... So... everyone who matter about personal higene was terrified. I have tried renewal my membership last Tuesday. Come to main desk to get some advice, and: three teenagers, two of them with feet on chair arms. "30£ bro, if it is to expensive sorry. We are only as a part job so no more specific details. But up to you...".

    Totally Rubbish, cancelled swimming lessons for: Our Lady’s Catholic Primary School Oxford Road, Cowley, Oxford, OX4 2LF Because apparently they do NOT have enough staff. The poor children were told at first they will be continuing and then immediately that it’s cancelled. What’s a poor service
