By far the worse GP practice I’ve been too. very ironic that they cancel appointments if you’re 10 minutes late, even though I had to wait 50 minutes to be finally seen. Despite the long wait I was finally seen by Dr Usman Ali, who never apologised for the wait or even acknowledged it, he was very passive regarding my concerns and was not helpful. I urge everyone to consider changing your local Practice if it is there.

I have only had good things to say about this practice and the treatment of Drs. I was particularly impressed with Dr Subhan.. (Or maybe I misheard) He was very personable and an asset to the surgery.

Absolutely disgraceful appointment booking services. The practice used to have a a morning drop in clinic, online booking and advance booking for appointments. It's now 100% on the day booking and impossible to get through on the phone. I hit dial the second it turned 8.30 this morning and am now on my 115th redial and still getting no connection, not even being added to a queue. I've been trying this for 3 weeks now and every time I eventually get through there are no appointments left. If you need to see a GP, find a different practice - it's impossible to get an appointment here

Dr Sahota was very helpful this morning. Gave me a good explanation of my problem and even showed me a picture of what the issues were, so I had a better understanding of what was wrong with me. I'd post a picture but I don't think people would want to see my ear wax 😂.

Worst medical center i seen ..i try to book appointment at morning reception told me we have fully booked call tomorrow morning what i did the line was bussy from 8am till 10:30am after 10:30am again reception told me we are fully booked online service normally have to be open till 10am but 8:30am was closed
