I used this shop once around 8 months ago. Appalling staff. Extremely rude and use of bad language in front of customers. I was doing a DIY project at home and had no idea about what paint types to use, materials etc. male assistant was able to talk me through what was ok to use, but I felt he didn’t care. When it came to mix the paint at the machine the female staff member was absolutely appalling with attitude. Rolling eyes when I asked about tin sizes and paint finish results. Very unprofessional talking amongst themselves loudly about socialising and drinking, and use of swear words in front of customers. Shop materials and products were fine with a good selection, however the staff require customer service training course! If you’re looking for warm and friendly staff DONT go there!!!! Don’t think I’ll be returning again, would rather have to travel than walk for better customer service.
