Nice to have this location close to home. Most times the service is friendly enough and they have lots of useful stuff. Only pain points are that when you go downstairs, there usually is no one there to answer questions or help much. Product price labels downstairs are unreliable. A number of times I went to buy stuff for one price, then at the till the cashier says it's a different price, and a debate and hassle unfolds as they go check and then say "Ops. That was the price, but now it's more - sorry the price label was wrong, do you still want it?". That's a pain.

Female manager providing the customer service was absolutely horrendous when I came to return a faulty product that they have sold. Even though, other employee in the store said I can return it (while she has seen the item has been tested) I just need to bring the tag) without any problems. She was rude and unfriendly, and was on the phone while talking to me. Don’t recommend this branch.

I’ve been to this local store for many years and have had pleasant experiences. I was unfortunate to encounter the mixed race woman member of staff who was extremely unprofessional and rude. I won’t be coming back to this store as the service has decreased rapidly.
