    Very helpful shop and the staff are very friendly and fun! I have broken a screw on my bike today and I've just got to get a screw from them. Despite such a small task, and near closing time, the staff all helped me to find the right screw and even helped me to get the broken screw out of my bike part, which is definitely some hard work from a very nice lad there. I have also got several tools from there previously, always a pleasant experience! Definitely recommend!

    Great store which has all your needs for DIY. Decorating a flat in short time so was in urgent need everything from cleaner, wipes, sandpaper, paints, covers, brushes, tape, poles, trays and more. Got everything I needed from a very helpful and knowledgeable lady Isabel. I’ve returned back twice since for more items and dealt with same lady and manager. Plenty of staff which helps with getting in and out fast. Great to see smiling and happy staff with great sense of humour even the shop manager and floor staff. Keep up the great work! No doubt see you soon again for more items.

    Great place and superb customer service from Isabel. She was able to track down the paint formula from a Crown paint colour that was discontinued in 2016 and it match perfectly. She also did it with a smile on her face which is a pleasant change - so rare to see someone in a store who even vaguely seems to be enjoy their job. Great service all round.
