I walked into the store and was waiting for 20 minutes while the polish girl was on her mobile chatting in her own language. She didn't acknowledge me there. The mixed race guy who worked there must have been on his break as he had a jacket on, he had to cut his break short to come out and serve me

I came to the shop today with two of my lamps not working. Richard, the tall guy, quickly verified that fuses needed to be replaced. This is something he didn't have to do as it is not part of regular duties but did it anyway with a smile. Fantastic, professional service. The best shopping/service experience I had in a long time. I bought fuses and a couple of bulbs.
