Uzi, the owner, went above & beyond to resolve an issue we had recently with a missing parcel (no fault of their own. Turns out the parcel had been delivered afterall!) Had nothing but terrible service from this place, we went once at 4.30pm and caught him closing up, although the sign in the window said open until 5. Today I checked the small parcel cost online and it said £2.85. The person tried to charge my husband £7, then when he refused to pay that because he had seen the online price he was charged £3.35. Will be using a different post office in future, really disappointing.

I can highly recommend that place.The best Passport Service and Staff is very polite ,helpful and friendly .I came with passport application today . Check and Send service working very well . I had problem with that service in Bamber Bridge Post Office as Staff gave me wrong information about supporting documents .However in Layland I had no issue .I will go there as it is the best Post Office in my area.
