The best nursery ever (I've tried a few...) My Child attended several yrs ago now, her experience was there was fantastic and she still describes her fond memories. They are professional and thorough in their curriculum, to ensure that every child thrives. The children learn through practical play support and guidance. The management were also professional and helpful at all times(Selam). Thank you for such a great beginning for my child ❤

This nursery is lovely and has every facility you’d want for your child. Plus the beautiful huge garden is a dream. However the people running it aren’t doing their jobs properly, either that or there’s some kind of further ‘selection’ process that is unspoken and we didn’t pass. When I first spoke on the phone with one of women running the place practically offered my daughter a place for the 2 days a week that I needed. After that, I went to the open day and met them and looked around. But then they conveniently lost my digital application. So I called back a few days later and they found it again. Then they said to call back next week when they were deciding who will join in September. So I did, then they said to call back the following week. So I did. And this went on for about 3 or 4 weeks, me calling every week only to be told to call again later. Until eventually they said don’t call us we will call you. Obviously my nerves were shot because I had relied on this being our childcare option. Anyway two months later and I haven’t heard anything and I wouldn’t send my daughter there now anyway because facilities are nothing without honest and decent people running it. After the initial confidence that they would have space for my daughter I had stopped looking around other childcare options. Then two months later I basically was back at square one. But luckily have found another lovely option elsewhere. It’s a nice nursery so they obviously have more than their choice of all the applications they must get. But my advice to working mums, don’t go by their word. They’re very nice to talk to, incredibly polite, well spoken, and seemingly helpful, but not reliable or trustworthy.
