You never get an appointment when you need it, even though i asked for a phone call back as i just need it a prescription for a laxative. My baby was severely constipated for 4 days already and they said that they can call me in 7 days. 11 days to wait for a laxative prescription. Receptionists should have more training as they are not able to differentiate the priorities. That’s why NHS is getting so full, because surgeries are not able to cope with simple things.

A shocking surgery. Can never get any kind of appointment here. Rang this morning and got told to ring back at 12. Started calling at 11.59 and busy until 12.15 to be told no appointments and to try katie road. Receptionist not intrested at all.

The surgery is always impeccably spotless and the practitioners go out of their way to make time for you regardless of their workload. The telephone prescription service is ideal for no fuss, ordering. With covid still with us it's difficult to get face to face appointments anywhere but the surgery are fab at call backs, triaging and if required face to face. Great surgery and staff. Reception staff worth their weight in gold.
