Booked my car in for a service just before christmas firstly because it was due a service and secondly because i noticed at full lock it was crabbing. Nothing came from the service and i notified that my front tyres had 3mm of tread left which is well above the legal limit. To now my car continues to grab and judder at full lock i have since taken it to an independent garage and within 5mins of an inspection told that my front tyres are illegal with cords showing which will be the reason my car doesn't grip the road. I was told by lexus that the service was carried out by a junior (not that it bothers me but at least the work should have been checked by a senior member). I then receive a call by the service manager who denies what i was originally told, showed no knowledge of customer service skills and was very argumentative and not once apologised or wanted to take any ownership. I have since emailed head office and wait a response but its the worst service i have ever received and ive only owned this car just over a year.

Liked it because I like the Lexus range of cars. Slightly on the small size and I don't think it was in the best vantage point from a marketing point of view. Staff were excellent as always with Lexus.

A little disappointed today had our car in for a service,.usually get the car back nice and clean and washed but not today even the plastic seat protector was left in the car by the mechanic, left the service book on view in the car luckily I checked it and it hadn't been stamped so I had to go back in and get our service book stamped

Agree with some of the previous reviews, arrogant and condescending. Was selling my IS250 and wanted new MOT and service. First time spoke to Turreq he said the service team were busy and would get someone to call me back. No call. Second time spoke to James he said no one was free but would get someone to call back. I mentioned that I had already called and no one called back, he said he would make a note of that. No call back. Subsequently sold the car and won't have to deal with this lot again.

The best car buying experience we have had. Called in to view a used UX and ended up buying one. Robin was very helpfull and gave us a long test drive and answered all our questions. Nothing was too much trouble, he even delivered it to save us a trip. Our UX250h is great and we highly recommend Lexus Poole.
