Poor communication from sales guy. I had to chase for updates as well as paperwork. Car was delivered with minimum amount of fuel - only just made it to the nearest petrol station - even though I was promised a full tank. Very disappointing! Not the kind of service I would expect from such a reputable dealership.

I purchased a vehicle from Lexus Nottingham and from initial enquiry through to collection of the car, the buying experience was up to the usual excellent Lexus standards. I was out of the country when I enquired about the vehicle and therefore all of the pre-sale enquiries and initial order details were handled by email until I returned to the UK. Collection of the vehicle was also very straightforward despite the fact I had to travel nearly 200 miles to handover my vehicle and take delivery of the new car.
