A far better experience than any other dealership. Anyone can have posh surroundings but this is backed up with Genuine Customer Service, nothing is too much trouble and Mohammad was a pleasure to deal with, no hard sell just as helpful as possible. I don’t usually wright reviews but feel obliged to because of the service I was given by Hytham Namruti. Every email replied to quickly, every phone call answered in detail or if not available calls returned quickly. But the main reason was on the hand over. It was around 5.30pm on a Friday night. I guess he’s carried out 100’s of these, but you were made to feel it was the first hand over Hytham had ever done. His enthusiasm was just great and if required I am sure he would have happily stayed to midnight answering our questions. You have a great ambassador Lexus, I trust you will look after him.

Went in to the showroom to look at ES 300 h . After some discussion with Sayful Alam they found a way to get me the car I wanted at the price I wanted without having to wait for the long lead times of make to order at the moment. As promised by Sayful the car was delivered as promised in the first week in May and on a positive as Sayful had said also at a lower price as I had made payments on my existing car and the part exchange price held . On the day of collection Sayful could not be more helpful and the handover was great and car features set up explained . Had the car a few days now and fantastic car in the Es300 h super comfortable great mpg and after owing a Vw bmw and Volvo in the past the Lexus is better than these cars . Thanks to Sayful and team on delivering a great car on dates promised .
