    I purchased a used Is250 from Kevin H. The whole experience from the start was excellent, speedy and most professional everyone was extremely kind and helpful I wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommend lexus Lincoln and Kevin enough. An update on the previous a few months have passed and whilst the sales staff were brilliant and I could not fault them especially my sales person Kevin Holmes I have had an issue with my approved used car and getting even a response has been nothing beyond frustrating, stressful and downright insulting many call backs, emails promised never responded unless I chased them in addition to having to play ping pong between different sales or service people every time I called with my issue still ongoing, therefore 1star to reflect the after sales treatment.

    Always good service here, nice and friendly staff. Just a shame I had to rebook after being told the part was out of stock after booking 6 weeks in advance! I also didn't receive a call back as I was promised. I would simply recommend making the calls rather than waiting on them and you shouldn't be disappointed.

    Relaxed but still professional. There is real enthusiasm for the product too. I felt as if my custom was valued. Test drive no problem. I was asked what kind of roads I wanted to experience, there was no set route. I have completed the purchase of a vehicle. The vehicle was delivered some distance to an alternative dealership. Great handover . I commend Oliver for all his efforts in making my used car purchase feel like a new one.
