I went to get my Lexus serviced last week and came away having purchased a new vehicle. I was given a courtesy car for the time before I could take away my new vehicle. Carl was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, spending time with me understanding what type of vehicle I was looking for, making suggestions and showing me cars that were available. He also dealt with the disposal of my old Lexus so I did not have to worry about that. I am very happy with my new car.
