We recently exchanged her UX F sport of 30 months for the updated new model which has been improved in certain aspects and is now pretty much flawless for that genre. Adrian and all his colleagues made the experience of changing enjoyable and instructive. Be prepared to complete many of the financial forms online before handover, though.     Just been in to the branch to enquire about mobility cars, the sales man named Russell is very unhelpful and didn’t really have any interest in helping or assisting with the questions we had. Went to leave and saw the same car in a completely different size boot space, went back to ask about it and he then decided to show that the side steps are removable after a few huffs. Clearly Lexus judges the person what there wearing and the look of age. Completely disgraceful considering its a much higher quality of cars the service is dreadful. On the plus side the lady on receptionist was lovely also was the young blonde haired girl who I wish we delta with but by this point I wasn’t willing to stay due to Russell.

    Amazing service at Lexus Gatwick. Martin Sears was excellent. So helpful and personable. We had purchased the car from another team member back in early 2022, so had to wait over a year for it to arrive. Whilst it felt like a lifetime for us, as soon as my mum got her car, we knew it was well worth the wait. Martin really kept us in the loop as much as possible so we really appreciate him taking the time, especially as the delays were not Lexus Gatwick’s fault. My mother is now overjoyed with her stunning new car, which not only looks great but is exceptionally comfortable. The attention to detail just makes this car so beautiful. We now receive a free car wash every month at Lexus and Martin still remembers us and keeps in touch when we visit. What an asset Martin is to the Lexus team. Thank you so much
