Bought a car 4 weeks ago from these dealers. The car is nice and was kept in good condition by the previous owner with very good history too Stephen the Sales Manager was extremely polite and friendly as expected The car was in good condition upon delivery, the minor touch ups were good enough to hide the minor damage The after sale experience from the dealership has been slow due to a busy period, however all issues were dealt with effectively. I had an issue with the rear door slot pad which was missing which as a result leaves an exposed bolt, Stephen very kindly went out of his way to post another slot pad.

Having took my car in for MOT on Monday 24/4/2023 I had a phone call in the afternoon saying that someone had moved the car and unfortunately had hit a post the after sales manager could not be more apologetic it took nearly 2weeks to repair they really do go that extra mile for there customers I was kept informed of the progress all the way through and had a beautiful replacement great job great service

(Not related to a car) I had the pleasure of being hosted by the team at Lexus yesterday as part of an event led by Days for Girls Barry. Lexus provided a well lit and comfortable space for the event. Lexus were superb hosts bringing teas and coffees on request as well as leaving a selection of pastries and cold drinks in the fridge. We had a lovely welcome and throughout the day attentive but not intrusive employees. Great to see a car dealership working with the local community and giving time and space to charity.
