  Hi everyone stay away from this place they lie to customers I was going to buy bmw x3 but then we stopped Lexus because it very close to my house my wife liked that nx300 so I decided to buy I paid more than £2000 from market value there price also higher than any other dealer because my wife liked I bought and it’s near my house since I bought this it had so many issues they fixed it but it wasn’t fixed so I had take it back that time they kept my car for 2 days still wasn’t perfect so I gave up after all this I found one of the front bumper clip was out I don’t know what happened in there’s workshops then I took it them service centre put some double sided tape how you expect spending £30000 had that many faults now they telling me they won’t fix my car they trying to blame me I showed them there is no marks at all in the car it’s an common sense if I hit something they will at least some marks but it’s no marks at all and clips pop out I’m very disappointed with there behaviour and no one helps so I’m writing to to everyone careful to go to Cambridge brunch there over priced and not good service at all I will tell all my friends and family Co worker about my experience I made big mistakes not to go to bmw there service is extremely good I always drove bmw Thought this time try Lexus I have no complaints about brand they are good cars but that branch is not good service they don’t look after customers once they sell cars that’s it is all done Mohammad Uddin

  This is a recent experience on what it is like interfacing with this “premium” dealership. My 5 month old ES vehicle was booked in for a potential warranty issue; it was agreed I would not take a courtesy vehicle and simply wait and it would likely take one hour approx. Upon arriving at the dealership there was not a single free parking space. So attempted to park at the same franchise neighbouring Toyota building. Upon successfully occupying a space the unexpected occurred. A greeting from a member of staff stating 'cannot park here' we are having some refurbishing works done and the space is needed. Further advice was provided and it was 'leave it outside the Lexus building front door and they will have to deal with it'. Unfortunately there were vehicles parked outside of spaces namely Toyota Aygo and Yaris units and they were partially blocking the route to the Lexus main door. The ES managed to squeeze through with inches to spare, why are Toyota vehicles blocking an entrance to a Lexus building? Upon arriving a member of staff moved the vehicle to a little further back away from the door but thought nothing of it. It was after one hour before another member of staff arrived to take the vehicle to the workshop which is offsite down the road. As chance would have it was taking a phone call outside and witnessed the member of staff open the car door and touch a neighbouring vehicle with a clunk noise! When challenged the member of staff stated and I quote 'how do you expect me to get the vehicle out then'. Never seen a vehicle treated with such disrespect at a franchised dealership. In total a one hour inspection did take 2.75 hours and wasted almost half of a working day. Despite complaining the issue seems to have brushed aside, I would also add that despite the visit being for a warranty issue the Lexus Link App seems to have recorded that a minor service was conducted so the administration side of this dealership is abysmal as well as not treating customer vehicles with appropriate respect. In conclusion would have to give this dealer 0 out of 10.
