We had an excellent experience at Lexus Bristol. We felt so well looked-after by everyone there. The receptionist was always so welcoming and lovely and would always remember us when we came to the dealership. Ben Garn was our salesman and was phenomenal - he listened carefully to what we needed and helped us over several meetings to find the perfect car for us. He was so friendly and easy to talk to. Ben took the time to go through everything and explain everything to us in a relaxed setting. We were never felt pressured to make any quick decisions, which made the whole experience enjoyable. Tymon was also superb and very helpful in answering our finance questions and making some important and complicated changes to our finance and service plans. Thanks for a lovely experience and a wonderful car that we love.

Cannot praise Lexus Bristol enough. I always have such a great experience coming into the centre. The receptionists are always extremely helpful, friendly and approachable. I selected to wait whilst my service and MOT was being completed and they always made sure I had everything I needed. Free coffees and teas and soft drinks on tap. The wifi was super fast and and I was very comfortable. Ben, the Sales Exec who sold me my car months ago even came over to say hi and remembered my name. They estimated 4 hours but I was done by 2.5 hours and they even made a video so I could see my car health explained. It felt very personal and high end and couldn't recommend Lexus enough.
