Absolutely brilliant service from these guys. Have kept my IS300h serviced at Birmingham Lexus for the last 5 years. Very accommodating and welcoming and I am reluctant to move to a different brand purely because the service here has been awesome. Also the car has been performing faultless as well. Only the usual wear and tear items need replacing but everything else has been working fine. You can’t say that with many 10 year old cars!

Not sure what is happening here, but the standards have gone so low that they reached ground level. No customer service, no common sense, no one is answering the phones, no matter the time of the day. Clearly the managers and employees in here are absolutely clueless in regards to being effective.
