Disgusting company. Been abstinent from alcohol for over 18 months yet this company gives a report calling me a chronic alcoholic. Do not use this company, especially if seeing your child/children depends on it. They are incompetent and should be closed down. Family court cases are a serious matter, so are parents that quit drinking. Shocking results.

Recently had a test done for cannabis I have not touched any since 2007 yet my result came back positive 0.101 low usage the technician states CBD cannot trigger a positive result yet that is the only cannabis related product i have touched in many many years i use it on a daily basis and have done for around 3 years now due to an old broken collarbone injury that I have a lot of pain ect from due to it not healing correctly I would rather use CBD than prescribed pain killers. According to many scientific tests CBD can infact trigger a positive result I am far from happy about these results and less impressed by the statement about it not being possible for CBD to trigger a positive result imo the technicians knowledge is lacking as there are many scientific test results that contradict lextox's view/opinion on CBD not triggering a positive result. This test was very important for my child coming home

Absolutely appalling company. I do NOT touch any alcohol period and certainly don’t touch any type of drugs what so ever which is why I was shocked when I read the report, they say I’m a excessive chronic drinker when I don’t drink at all? Also for my cannabis test only 1 out of 3 metabolites were picked up, I already admitted that passive smoke would show up in tests as my friends smoke it next to me, which is why I was gob smacked when it said, cannabis use can not be confirmed but in my opinion this individual uses cannabis due to the fact cannabis exposure levels are higher than normal amounts!! Sorry but it should be facts and not opinions because this is the type of stuff that can ruin people’s life’s. I would avoid this company at all costs, I’d rather spend £500 on another company even if letox offered me a free test, that’s how bad Letox is. I would like to make it very clear I DO NOT DRINK AND TAKE ANY DRUGS AT ALL so for a company to have came back with the results they have just shows there credibility, I wish there was a -1 star

Tested twice for same month on two separate teast first was low secondary medium how unable go back in time have been clean well over 3 month they take next to no background information to take into account for results incompetent at there job peoples life's they have an effect on will not be letting this go

I'd give 0 stars if I could, my test came back positive twice for cannabis as I was trying to get my daughter home which now she's been adopted. I admitted to smoking 2 or 3 drags of solid/cannabis before the first test which before that I stopped smoking it 2 years ago and it came back low the second test I didn't smoke any cannabis at all and it came back medium? They then said when the courts asked if it could of been done by second hand smoke because my partner smokes it and they said no!!!

The brown haired woman covering the bury st Edmunds area was rude. (She never told me her name) She arrived over 20 mins late, with no apology. She was rude and spoke down to me the entire time. When taking the hair, I complained at the amount she took, as she told me it would be the width of a pencil. It was a lot wider than a pencil. I told her she wasnt to take any more to which she said 'u have to let me'. I was there voluntarily!!!!!! So I didn't have to let her take anything. All in all she treated me like I was scum. When she didn't know me or my circumstances. I would like to complain had she of given me her name!! As for the results.... they dont even explain them to the social workers they're sending them to! U may as well send them a blank piece of paper!! It comes to something when I am having to explain what my own results mean to my social worker!! So she just got a list of substances and numbers. Why was she not told that everything stays in your hair. It's the levels that are important. I'm sure there are better more reliable companies that should be used, especially when it comes to social services and peoples children!! And also rude staff that pre judge people are not helpful during these stressful times.
