Sited next to a private school just off the A12 (and not really in Lexden at all) this sports and social club has a swimming pool, 5 squash courts, small gym and three outdoor floodlit tennis hard courts, plus bar and snack area. The building housing it needs some TLC as it's quite old and a bit ramshackle. Fairly pleasant location though you can always hear the traffic nearby. A sort of down-market David Lloyd's really.
