    Contacted LEX marquee several times by phone and email. Spoke with Yvonne to get a quote, emailed all the necessary information as requested. I never got a response, called up to find out if they can fulfil my booking, I was told this would be possible & she had to just check logistics. She asked me to email her again with my query, once again my email was ignored. Every time I called back, she had an excuse saying she’s on-site. Very unprofessional & incompetent. I called again today as I still didn’t receive a quote to be told they’re busy. Time waster’s, I run an event company and will not be using them for any of my bookings.

    Alex, Yvonne and the team at LEX Marquee have been have been fantastic over the past few years. We had planned a wedding in April 2020, a slight pandemic prevented this happening, we then re-planned in April 2021, another lockdown prevented this happening. Here in April 2022 we finally got there! We had issues with the venue one week before the big day, after two years of delays we were absolutely panicking, but Alex came up with a solution, accommodated us and resolved it all. The team kept us up to date with timings for the install and they arrived bright and early on pick up day! We are so grateful that we selected LEX Marquee back in February 2019 and that they stuck by us over the years to help make our big day happen.
