When contacting with a problem, they just send you to someone, then that person tells you they will send you something, they never do then you call them again to repeat the cycle. Awful company, could be more successful if it cares even a little about its customers.

Rushcliffe Arena - The sales manager of this centre literally stopped me and my 13 year old son at the entrance while on our way to the gym and started asking name and surnames, employment status and questioning my identity asking to take another picture of me. Since she said she couldn't take a picture of me at the entrance she stopped me again at the exit asking me to stop at reception again to take another picture. This is ridiculous, horrible customer service approach. I wonder if they have any procedure to check personal details, the way we've been stopped was inappropriate, totally not caring about us as members of the leisure centre. I've been a member for many years and having had this experience I'm seriously thinking of ending my membership. I also previously that day tried to book a junior gym session and I had to call three times because the young receptionist couldn't (didn't know? Didn't want?) process my booking and take my card payment either. If you have mental health disorders like me DO NOT join this place, they clearly don't even know what privacy, public/private and customer service mean. Highly unprofessional and rude.
