They won't accept trade waste like any other borough reuse and recycling centre, instead will forward you to a private waste company crooks opposite, which charges you £80 minimum doesn't matter how much rubbish you got.

Worst service ever - closing 30 minutes before closing time, treat people badly, don't take plaster board or tiles or radiator or old paint pot or concrete.... useless to be honest! I'm not surprises that people do fly tipping in Lewisham.

Arrived at 11.45am on Saturday, told I couldn’t go in even though it was 15 minutes till closing. I only had 2 old chairs but the guy refused me entry. Run by jobsworths, every time I’ve been here they have an attitude. The council should be encouraging people to use a tip, no wonder there is so much fly tipping going on.

Went there with an old fence panel and some tins of paint. Site refreshed to take either: The fence because it's 'fencing and panel posts' and the paint because it's 'hazardous waste'. The list of items that they now do not accept is so long that I am struggling to understand what you could take. I don't understand why this place now exists. It would appear that Lewisham want to encourage fly tipping, they could not make it more difficult to dispose of waste in a responsible way. On a positive, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Really first class service, I booked via online for a slot but the system was playing up, I took the chance and went early, I explained to the staff member who was so nice and let me continue to dump my green waste. All the staff on site were very helpful and friendly so I hope that they keep these high standards.
