I gave lewis carpets a chance to respond to my email but 2 days later and no response here it is. My son bought a carpet with my husband and arranged for fitting WHICH WAS SHOCKING!!!! Left huge scuff marks on a newly painted wall which now needs repainting. When the fitter moved the duvan base he managed to put a thumb or something through the bottom causing a hole. He asked my son could he use our vacuum cleaner which he did and after declogging twice it still isn't working properly. The cost of the fitting was £45 but when my son gave over £50 to the fitter he had no change, theres a surprise! Effectively the £45 fitting fee has cost us £50 plus money for paint, possible broken vacuum and damage to a double bed. With no response from Lewis Carpets I'm extremely disappointed

Going to the shop I had a warm and friendly welcome Paul and the team were amazing , When my flooring in the kitchen got fitted it was a great service , chatty , clean and tidy and even took all the rubbish away , will defiantly be using Lewis carpets again
