Would not use again and wouldn't recommend. Taxi to Birmingham Airport - booked for early morning the night before online which was quick and easy process. This would have been a good review if it wasn't for my experience at the drop off: driver asked if I wanted to be dropped off at free or premium point as I may have to pay, so I just said drop me wherever is close to departures (as I wasn't aware of how far the terminal was from the free point). He proceeded to the premium drop-off, which I could clearly see signs for £4 for 15mins. He asked how I would pay and asked for £5 (?!) I pointed out the sign said £4 and he mumbled something I didn't catch. I paid cash and when giving me my change he said he charged only £4 as if he was doing me some sort of favour? My first issue is that I believe the fee for drop off points at airports should be included in the price as I've never had a taxi ask me for money for this before. My second issue is that I felt like he was then trying to get extra money from me and I didn't appreciate that at all. I'm someone who tips service industry professionals generally but I don't like feeling forced to pay extra money when I'm not sure it's justified.

Rubbish service 40 minutes before taxi arrived. Had to ring 3 times each time they said it was there but it hadn't arrived and they cut me off. 4th time I rang they put me on hold. Rang again and no answer. A taxi finally arrived 40 minutes after my 1st phone call. Not happy.
