The scaffolding came very quickly and on time. We were given a tracking link which gave exact location which was great- massively appreciated!! When the driver arrived he put it exaclty where we wanted it and explained what everything was and made sure everything was there. Had a couple of questions afterwards and the customer service was excellent, no faults at all! Overall, the best experience I have had buying something online. Would highly recommend!

Really impressive piece of kit, by far the best quality the guys on site have seen - and they're real pro's. Especially the clever design for stacking and transporting the support stays. Pulled out all the stops to help and the tower was delivered 10am next day. The lady I spoke to in the office was very polite and helpful. The tower looks good quality and well made.

I bought a Lewis Industrial tower from these guys. It arrived with some parts damaged as it came via Tuffnells rather than in Lewis's own vans. To be fair, I sent photos of the damaged parts and they sent replacements right away. The website is inaccurate hence only 4 stars. The tower is described as being 6ft by 2ft. This is wrong. It's 6ft by 3ft. Not a huge issue but could make it unusable in narrow side alleys. I chose 5.7m platform height as that was the highest listed with standard stabilisers. That is also wrong and I've ended up with jumbo stabilisers which are awkward to use as you can't reach the top clamp without using a stepladder or climbing up the tower. It's annoying when you spend time researching something only to find the information you have relied on is incorrect. On the positive side, the tower is great for my work. I've just used it on a large painting job and it's been good. So much safer. I've been on a PASMA course and decided to buy my own tower as ones I've hired were in poor condition to the extent that they were dangerous. The tower is well made and should give years of service if handled carefully and stored in the dry. It was also a very competitive price. I'm glad I chose the 1.8m length as when you are sat with your feet through the trapdoor you can reach the far clips on the side rails. This is really hard with a 2.4m tower.
