    Absolutely outstanding PT. I have played sport all my life, to a reasonable level but had never stepped inside a gym. I am 51 and the exertions at rugby, cricket and tennis were taking their toll and the recovery time was becoming a problem. Over the last 6 months Lewis has assessed me, developed a personal programme to suit me and I now feel fitter than I have for approx. 20 years. I have also lost over 2 stone and have had to buy a new wardrobe, but it is worth it.     Lewis has been an incredible trainer! I have played sports at various levels for a lot of my life, however stayed away from the gym. I wanted to start with Lewis so I could understand the fundamentals of training, more about nutrition and how I could optimise my training to be a better performer in sport and also day-to-day activities.     I started training with Lewis in May 2021 and could honestly not recommend him more. For the first time ever I felt confident on my holiday this year, and I am no longer scared to step foot in the weights area in a gym on my own. Lewis really focused on making sure my technique was correct before each exercise, and my tailor made sessions meant we could concentrate on areas I was unsure of. When I injured my hip from running, Lewis went out of his way to show me stretches and give me tips to help it get better. Lewis is friendly, approachable and was very patient with me during every PT session.

From two session a week becoming 3 sessions a week I can’t get enough of them! Every time I see him he has something different up his sleeve to keep me on my toes whether it’s introducing new exercises into routines or even using new equipment. Lewis helped me with this and my overall mobility which then led onto some strength building. I had set exercises to do when at home and also advice on diet.
