Dreadful company - avoid if you are in any kind of hurry. We used them in 2022 to do a combined sale and purchase. They were hopeless at communication, complained how overworked they were whenever we could get them on the phone (and that we shouldn't call them because it slowed them down even more!). When they finally came up with a contract, they'd got the incorrect price and name of one of the other parties.

Tried to do a very simple TR1 form through them. Months of chasing, emails, calls, never once heard from the actual solicitor and did not make any progress. Always told they would email or call us. Went somewhere else (they did give us a full refund on the deposit) where the form was sent off within the week.
